Erin Kelly is the Chief Strategy Officer for Brick Bodies. With more than thirty years in the fitness industry, Erin Kelly’s career began as a fitness trainer and quickly progressed to group exercise instructor, personal trainer, group exercise director, general manager, VP, COO, & CEO with companies such as Brick Bodies, Star Trac, Schwinn and Les Mills. Quite a ride that has led to extensive experience in corporate B2B sales, developing and managing high performing teams, executive leadership, consulting with top 100 fitness brands and generally an understanding of what it takes to run successful health & fitness facilities. Erin is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Brick Bodies. In her role, Erin oversees the strategic planning for the organization inclusive of all of the programming, marketing tactics and most importantly employee engagement initiatives.
Ann Marie Barbour the co-founder of Soul Body LLC and Co-Creator of SoulBody Barre, SoulBody Barre “Unhitched” and SoulBody Power group fitness programs.
Ann Marie has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and after falling in love with BARRE, and after seeing the benefits of this type of training, she, along with her best friend and business partner Stacey Van-diver created SoulBody LLC, a company offering “boutique style” progressive programming to larger clubs and studios.
SoulBody Barre programming is now in over 80 clubs across the globe including Gold’s Gyms, Goodlife Women’s in Canada, Brick Bodies, Merritt Clubs, Under Armour Performance Centers, YMCAs and more.

Katie Bossie is the Senior Business Manager, Health & Fitness for Listen360. She joined the Listen360 team in 2015 and oversees business development and service delivery of Listen360’s member feedback and reviews management system for all health and fitness clients. Having worked with clubs and studios of all types and sizes, Katie is keenly suited to share insights and best practices on what drives member loyalty in the health and fitness industry. Katie was a panellist at the Motionsoft Technology Summit 2018.
Before launching her own company, FORTË, Lauren Foundos spent a decade working on Wall Street, with the last five years in finance on the trading floor as an Institutional US Government Bond Broker at Whitaker Securities where she helped to dramatically increase UST Short Coupon and Bill desk revenues. Prior to that, she worked at Deutsche Bank in Synthetic Equities and Cloudview Capital Management, a global macro hedge fund, on their trading desk. Lauren graduated from the University of Maryland in 2006, with a BA in communications and concentration in business. She earned ACC Academic Honor Roll, and Intercollegiate Athletic Honor Roll during her time at Maryland. Lauren is a two-time all-American field hockey player, she played in the Junior Olympics and went on to play Division I at the University of Maryland, the nation’s top ranked program. She plays the piano, violin, has two older brothers, adores her parents, and loves to ski! Lauren was a panellist at the Motionsoft Technology Summit 2018.
