Ingrid Knight-Cohee has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and is a sought-after presenter and consultant. She contributes to individual, business and community health by way of advisory committees, presenting fitness workshops and writing articles for various publications, and volunteering to speak/coach at schools and for sports associations. Ingrid specializes in inspiring clients and communities to optimal health and performance through research-based, cutting-edge programming. Ingrid holds degrees in Human Kinetics (BHK) and Exercise & Health Psychology (MSc.).
As Director of Group Fitness for Steve Nash Fitness Clubs (the largest provider of fitness in British Columbia, Canada (2010-2020), Ingrid was instrumental in creating innovative group exercise experiences to over 100,000 members. This was achieved through effectively leading a team of 380 instructors who delivered over 1,000 fitness classes per week across 24 club locations.
