Dr. Rucker operates as the Chief Digital Officer for Active Wellness, overseeing the companies digital strategy. He is also the author of The Fun Habit, a book offering a practical reframing of positive psychology, making the case we should cultivate the habit of fun to bring a greater sense of happiness and joy to our lives, coming out later this year. Approaching almost two decades as a strategist in the areas of product development, marketing, and technology Mike’s focus has moved from solely developing and delivering product launches and digital media campaigns to establishing thought leadership in the field of health and wellness, specifically regarding tactics to attract and motivate people towards healthier behaviors. He is a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association, as well as a member of the American Psychological Association. He is accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine. Fun fact: Mike is a Clydesdale athlete who proudly touts being a two-time Ironman.
