Crystal Reynolds M.Ed. is the Owner/Operator of 43 Degrees North Athletic Club in Concord, New Hampshire. 43° is the premiere club in the area featuring four dedicated boutiques studios, an environmentally sustainable footprint and spa amenities.

Crystal leads a team of world-class fitness professionals who provide an exceptional member experience.

From working for USAF training Airmen who failed physical fitness tests, to onsite corporate wellness, to an adjunct college professor, Crystal has vast experience in the education, health and fitness industry.

Formally trained as a biologist, Crystal took her passion for science and healing people and opened her own boutique fitness studio. Upon outgrowing her space, she sized up to a 15,000 sf facility where she could make an impact and help more people.

Crystal maintains her mission of “Making Good Health Simple” by nationally speaking, presenting in her community, writing a weekly newspaper column about health and wellness, and continuing to coach clients.

When not in the club, you can find Crystal hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire rain, shine or snow.
