Sarah Pellegrino – The Value Proposition Host

Why I still love being a podcast host?

The Value Proposition was a new show for The Fitness Business Podcast, so to sit back at the end of 2020 and see what we’ve produced for the industry is such a proud moment for me. I’ve recorded six Value Proposition episodes in 2020 and I like each one for a different reason. Some of the interviews included customers, some included executives, some included company employees who spoke for the first time.

With every single one, I learned why that company brings extreme value to the industry and their customer base – and that is exactly the point of this show. I cannot wait for all that is to come for The Value Proposition in 2021 and if you’re looking for a creative way to tell your company’s story and market your value, let’s connect: [email protected]

What 2020 taught me?

2020 has taught me that your life can change in a second: for better or for worse. If you would’ve told me at the beginning of 2020 that I would’ve been a podcast show host by the end of the year I wouldn’t have believed you. Becoming the Value Proposition host for The Fitness Business Podcast was one of my greatest achievements this year. If you’re reading this in 2021 and looking for a sign to take a risk to better your life – this is your sign. Go be great!

Four people (alive or passed) that I’d love to have at the same dinner table & why?

Robin Arzon
– If you know me, then you’re not surprised by this answer. Robin is my favorite Peloton instructor and I actually met her after a live ride in the Peloton NYC studio. Her vibe & energy that she brings is unmatched and all guests would leave motivated and ready to take their life to the next level!

Nelson Mandela – In college I traveled to South Africa with Kenan-Flagler Business School. We saw Mendela’s home and learned so much about the culture & how they live by ‘Ubuntu’ – I am who I am because of other people. I would love to ask him more about his life and belief systems!

My Grandfathers – My Pop-Pop, Dad’s Dad, was the sweetest grandpa and died when I was in high school – I would love to catch up with him. My Mom’s Dad died before I was born – so I would jump at the opportunity to meet him!

Beyonce – Because who runs the world? And also, Beyonce and Robin at the same table – that’s two queens at one table!
